Terms and Conditions
We print in CMYK. Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black. Our color management system is PMS based. We use PMS coated color numbers for reference purposes only. It’s important to note that they may look different on a printed wrap than what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific color profile, there are various factors that influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product. Because of this, we can’t guarantee color accuracy 100%.While we make every effort to ensure consistent colors, there may be some slight color variations from panel to panel and vehicle to vehicle due to the printing process. If a color match is needed, please notify us and we will work with you. An additional charge may apply.
Once you receive your delivery. Full Inspection of your Wrap must occur within 48 hours of delivery and if package is damaged or print is not correct all claims must be filed within 72 hours from delivery date.File a claim by emailing email@example.com attach photos of the damage.
This product is made to order and we can not guarantee a color match if ordered at a different time. Please make sure you order enough for your project to avoid future color mismatch.
Car Wraps Garage will preflight files to ensure sizing matches ordered size only. Car Wraps Garage will not be responsible for image quality (IE pixelation of low resolution images, etc), colors, spelling, layout, etc. This exclusion does not apply if Car Wraps Garage has provided the design services. Additional fees will apply if Car Wraps Garage is required to make changes to provided files.
Please note standard shipping times of 2-3 days within the Continental US, and overnight delivery may be delayed by the shipping Carrier UPS/FEDEX/USPS due to the ongoing COVID19 Pandemic. While the shipping carrier will make every effort to deliver within the specific shipping times Car Wraps Garage and the shipping carriers can not guarantee delivery dates and will not Issue refunds on delayed packages.
No Returns/Refunds/Exchanges Accepted:
Please note that all our wraps are made to order that is why I can't accept returns/refunds/exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or defective with photos provided. Personalized orders example Boat wraps/any custom size, designs etc/personalized wrap name, designs etc.. or Custom wraps.
